1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship to the following European countries. The estimated delivery time starts after the order has been dispatched:

You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time. A tracking link will be sent to your registered email address as soon as the carrier updates the status.

4. Taxes and Duties

The price you see at checkout is the final price. For orders within our supported regions, VAT and import duties are included in the product price. You will not be charged any unexpected fees upon delivery.

5. Address Accuracy & Redelivery

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. youpinmai is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery; however, a reshipping fee may apply.
